Shipping & Return Policy

Return/Exchange Policy: 

- Exchange and returns are available for products within 7 days of delivery
- Returns are available Free of Charge. 
- Upto one Exchange for any product is allowed free of cost. Post that, additional charges of ₹250/- will be levied for any Exchange
- Accessories like blouses are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Sarees with stitched blouses are also non-returnable or products wherein any Customization & personalization is done, will be non-returnable.
- For all other products please refer to the product page for specific return/exchange terms.
- Products must be in original condition and include all labels & tags intact.
- Petticoat charges, if any, are non refundable.
- Items must be in original condition with all tags intact. Pick-up is free within India.
- Returns/Exchange are subject to Quality Check
- One product can only be exchanged once

    Who pays for shipping and what are the return/exchange charges?

    Shipping & returns is free within India.

       Are there any duties and taxes?

      No, there are no extra charge for any customer within India. All prices specified on the website are inclusive of GST.

         When will I get my refund in case of Return?

        You will get your refund in 7 to 10 working days after the product is picked from your location.

        The process of return is as follows:

        - After the product is picked up, it takes 5-7 working days for the product to reach our warehouse
        - Quality Check is done to ensure it is in original condition with all labels & tags intact. It takes 1 day for the same
        - After the Quality Check is confirmed, you will be informed on mail/call and the refund will be initiated within 2 working days

        When will I get my exchanged Product?

        You will get your exchange within 15 working days after the product is picked from your location.

        The process of exchange is as follows:

        - After the product is picked up, it takes 5-7 working days for the product to reach our warehouse
        - Quality Check is done to ensure it is in original condition with all labels & tags intact. It takes 1 day for the same
        - After the Quality Check is confirmed, you will be informed on mail/call and the exchange product will be shipped within 2 working days
